Holden "Xiao" 2010 Mobil Concept Mini Yang Unik Beroda Dua

Baru-baru ini, General Motors (GM) Holden, meluncurkan sebuah mobil dengan penggerak roda dua yang dapat mengemudi sendiri. Ukurannya yang mini, hanya mampu untuk mengangkut dua orang penumpang saja.

Xiao, salah satu dari tiga model seri EN-V yang dikembangkan produsen raksasa otomotif dunia itu. Keunikan Xiao, terdapat pada bahannya yang terbuat dari serat karbon, dan setiap rodanya didukung oleh motor listrik.

Karena ukurannya mini, mobil ini hanya dapat mengangkut dua orang dan hanya bisa menempuh jarak 40 kilometer setiap kali mengisi ulang. Mobil ini juga dirancang untuk mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas, karena pengemudi dapat memilih rute tercepat secara otomatis berdasarkan informasi lalu lintas.

Ini dapat dilakukan, karena Xiao menggunakan teknologi nirkabel yang memungkinkan pengemudi dan penumpang berkomunikasi dengan pengendara lain dalam perjalanan. Selain itu, produk ini juga memiliki sensor dan sistem kamera.

Mobil unik ini telah dipamerkan pada World Expo di Shanghai yang lalu. Jadi, kita nantikan saja, kapan mobil unik beroda dua ini dapat beroperasi di jalan raya. (",)v

Holden Special Vehicles (HSV) W427 Concept, 2008

Holden Special Vehicles unveiled at the 2008 Melbourne Motor Show, the last instalment of the company s 20th anniversary celebrations.

A new six piston front braking system will provide a 50% increase in pad area, while the Holden W427 also receives a revised ESP calibration, six air bags, improved handling and new Magnetic Ride Control settings.

The Holden W427 receives a bimodal active exhaust system to improve noise quality and back pressure management.

Styling and design highlights include an all new front fascia, a three piece carbon fibre rear spoiler, 20 inch machined faced alloy wheel, unique exhaust tips and red leather interior.
