Externally, the S2000 gets restyled front and rear bumpers, a polished finish on the five spoke alloy wheels, chrome taillight …..Standard items include dual airbags, air conditioning, electric windows and exterior mirrors, remote central locking with immobiliser, leather trim and the eight-stack CD player. The fast electric hood (just six seconds up or down) is now equipped with a glass back window which eliminates the potential problem of a plastic window discolouring, and it also provides demisting. As in many roadsters, there are large blind spots to each rear corner when the hood is erect. Accommodation in this latest version is unchanged, with plenty of legroom for the occupants and a pair of well shaped bucket seats that are both comfortable and supportive. Though Honda has added storage nets in the doors to complement the two storage bins between the seats, cabin space is still at a premium. The boot is short, but reasonably deep, so with some creative packing it’s possible to stow a reasonable amount of luggage.
